Mercari, Inc. has published its first Transparency Report on its plan of action for a safe and secure marketplace. This report will be published on a regular basis with the aim of ensuring transparency in the process of carrying out various initiatives toward creating a safe and secure transaction environment for users. The report details the results of Mercari’s measures against fraud and support for users, as well as the progress and results of its new and enhanced initiatives for thorough elimination of fraudulent users and thorough aid for users started in May 2025.
