At present, the Mercari Group is still in a phase of growth, and we believe the best way to pass on profits to our shareholders is to focus on expanding our operations and making them more efficient in order to improve our mid to long-term company value. For the time being, we will prioritize strengthening our financial foundation through investment in growth opportunities and our internal reserves; we do not have plans to pay dividends at present.
